図案はすでにプリント済み。穴をあけたらすぐに刺繍できます。

バースディケーキのカードが3枚入っています。
二つ折りカードなので、内側にメッセージを書くことができます。
別の紙を用意して、そこにメッセージを書いてもいいですね。
（裏面は刺繍をすると糸が渡った状態になります）
