Q. Can you ship to foreign countries other than Japan?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally.
You can choose either Japan Post International e-packet or DHL Express as your shipping method. For countries where e-packet delivery is not available due to international circumstances, we will ship by Yamato International TA-Q-BIN instead. Yamato International TA-Q-BIN is affiliated with UPS, and UPS will deliver to your location.
Yamato International Ta-Q-Bin and DHL are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
A tracking number will be provided for all deliveries.
International e-packet and Yamato International TA-Q-BIN take 5 to 10 days from the time of dispatch to delivery.
DHL takes 3 to 5 days from the time of shipment.
A remote area fee of 2,600 yen may be charged if your address falls into a remote area when shipping by DHL.
In such cases, we will contact you for additional charges.
Q. When will my order be shipped after I purchase it?
A. We ship within 3 business days.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We ship mainly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
